The extension of the Les Sentiers de Claye-Souilly shopping center (located in the Greater Paris Area) has received a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
The extension, currently under construction, is scheduled for delivery in November 2012.

This certification rewards the environmental considerations that were incorporated as of the design phase of the project (reduction in energy use and consumption of drinking water, optimization of natural lighting sources, biodiversity protection…).

After Le Millénaire shopping center, the extension of Les Sentiers de Claye-Souilly is the Group’s second project that has been awarded a BREEAM Very Good certificate.

Initiated in October 2010, the extension and renovation of the shopping mall will allow customers to shop in 120 stores on 48,152 sq. m. GLA. A parking silo is also being built, bringing the total number of parking slots to 4,800. In 2011, Les Sentiers de Claye-Souilly welcomed 7 million visitors and registered a €107.7 million overall turnover.
