Spain: 2 new mandates

Ségécé Spain recently signed a marketing mandate with the San José group for 2 centres currently , the first of which is Algeciras (Cadiz) under construction on 29,000 m² and the other in San Pablo (Sevilla) which will extend on 16,500 m².

Ségécé Spain was furthermore granted the lease and property management of these centres, which are due to open at the end of 2008.
