Since November 2006, Ségécé Portugal has been managing the Viana do Castelo retail park, acquired by Générali. Situated in the north of the country, its 5,945 m² GLA is home to retailers such as Mestre Maco (DIY), Radio Popular (electrical appliances) and Dia (discount).
Ségécé has also signed a management mandate for the Braga retail park, which is due to open in May 2007. With a surface area of 18,810 m² GLA, this park belongs to the CGS investment fund (Groupe Commerz Bank) on whose behalf Ségécé has been managing the Albufeira retail park since 2003. There will be 17 units including Conforama, Bata, Norauto, Casa and Sport Zone.
As of December 31st 2006, Ségécé Portugal was overseeing the management of 11 shopping centres and 67 malls held by Jeronimo Martins, giving a total surface area of 202 850 m² GLA.
