Acquisition of the centre Victor Hugo with Valence

Klépierre acquired on December 27th of this year the centre Victor Hugo with Valence. Created in 1994 by Ségécé, this centre of city heart extends over 10 430 m ² GLA and count 39 shops. It is managed by Ségécé since its opening.
